CEO Roundtable interaction concluded successfully on Day 1 of 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan.

The roundtable, organised by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, was co-chaired by Shri Pashupati Kumar Paras, Minister of Food Processing Industries, and Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Textiles.

Key government representatives and chief executives from over 70 leading firms in the food processing and related industries attended the Roundtable. They discussed investment prospects, procurement, and facilitation of business operations/ease of doing business in the Indian Food Processing Sector. Additionally, the attendees pinpointed shortcomings within the industry’s value chain and explored strategies to address them.
